Return Policy

1. Our Commitment to You

At 4M, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unused: Items must be in their original, unworn condition
  • Original Tags: All original tags must still be attached
  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt
  • Within 30 Days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to contact@4m.fit with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]"

Please include in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helps us improve)
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Await Confirmation

Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization confirmation
  • Return shipping address
  • Instructions for packaging your return
  • Any additional information needed

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once you receive return authorization, carefully package your item(s) and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Refunds

4.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned:

  • With missing tags or in packaging that is not the original
  • With visible signs of wear or use
  • After the 30-day return window (at our discretion)

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, damaged during shipping), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as returns and new orders. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Initiate a return for your original item by emailing contact@4m.fit
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want
  3. After we receive your return and process your refund, you'll have funds available

Note: If you need the replacement item urgently, you may place a new order immediately and request a refund for the original item upon return.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (unless defective or wrong item sent)
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@4m.fit with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs) as quickly as possible.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)
  4. Contact us at contact@4m.fit if the package doesn't arrive

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. In most cases, we can file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.

10. International Returns

For international orders, the same 30-day return policy applies. However:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • International returns may take longer to process (up to 3-4 weeks)
  • Contact contact@4m.fit for the return address in your region
