What if it doesn't work for me?
Don’t worry! If the size or fit isn't exactly what you expected, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 24 to 48 hours.
- UK & Europe: 7 to 10 business days.
- USA & Canada: 7 to 10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 10 to 15 business days
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £80 / €90. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address (typically around £4.90 / €5.50).
Special Note: During specific "Free Delivery" promotional events, these minimum spend requirements do not apply, and shipping will be free for all eligible orders regardless of the basket total
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
Your order is carefully inspected and packed in our warehouse. We use carbon-neutral shipping partners whenever possible to ensure your package arrives safely while respecting the planet. Once shipped, you will receive an automatic confirmation email
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment's progress in real-time
Will I pay customs?
For all orders within the European Union and the UK, no customs duties are applied. For international orders (outside the EU/UK), import taxes or customs fees may be requested by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer

Colors & Products
Can I choose different colors for each piece?
Absolutely!
That's the beauty of our packs. You can select a different color for each of the 4 pieces – it's completely up to you. The choice is yours with every order
Can I mix different products in my pack?
Yes, you have two options when you buy your pack
Save 50% when you buy 4 of the same products (color can be different!).
Save 30% when you mix and match any 4 products from our store
What if a color is out of stock?
Out-of-stock colors will be clearly marked on the product page and cannot be selected.
We restock popular colors regularly, so check back soon or subscribe to our newsletter for restock notifications
Do I have to buy 4 pieces?
No! You can purchase items individually at their regular price.
However, when you buy 4 pieces together, you automatically save money on the total – that's the value we offer. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you have 4 items in your cart
Where are your products made?
Our designs are developed in Europe to ensure a perfect fit and high-performance "shaping" effects.
Production is handled by our specialized technical textile partners in the World, chosen specifically for their advanced technological capabilities and craftsmanship in seamless apparel
